1. Information about the Site
This Site is operated by MyIdeals Limited ("we", "our" or "us"), registered in Scotland under company number SC609804, with a registered office at 4 Roseburn Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 6AW.
The Site, any of its content, and the infrastructure utilised to provide the Site are proprietary to us, our affiliates, Merchants, and other content providers. Those works are protected by copyright laws and agreements. All such rights are reserved.
3. Third party content
MyIdeals are not liable or responsible for any third party content on the Site. Third party content includes, for example, comments posted by other users, information provided by Merchants and advertising. Links to other sites which are provided by third parties may be included on the Site. These links are provided for your information only and access to them is at your own risk. We hold no liability or responsibility for the content of third party sites.
4. Access to the site
Whilst we do our utmost to keep the Site and your account accessible, the Site and/or your account may be unavailable from time to time. You understand and agree that there may be interruptions in service or access to your account due to circumstances both within our control (for example Site maintenance) and out with of our control. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time.
5. Your Status
As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant that:
- • you are at least 18 years old;
- • you are legally capable of entering into a binding obligation;
- • you are resident of the UK and are accessing the Site in the UK;
- • you will only make legitimate purchases for either your own use or as a gift for another person;
- • all information you submit to the Site is accurate and you will ensure at all times that it is up to date;

6. Your Account
You may only create and hold one account. This must be for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is correct and is kept up to date. You must treat your user details, including password and any other information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. You must not: (a) impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person (b) use another person’s account; (c) allow another person to use your account; (d) disclose your password to anyone else.
You accept responsibility for all actions or transactions performed using your account. If you suspect that someone else may have access to, or has used your password or account, you must notify us immediately. You can do this using the “Contact Us” form on the Site (www.myideals.co.uk/contacts). Please select ‘I require assistance with my MyIdeals account’
from the drop down menu and complete all required fields of the form.
In your account Dashboard, you have options to edit or delete your personal information, including your contact, billing and shipping information, and to edit your newsletter preferences.
7. Your Conduct
(a) submission of any content (i) that is false, misleading, slanderous, discriminatory, threatening, aggressive, abusive, encourages violence, racial or religious hatred, or conduct that is a criminal offence or is otherwise unlawful, offensive, pornographic, in breach of privacy; or (ii) that breaches any intellectual property rights or laws, such as copyright and trademarks; or (iii) which is harmful to the functionality of the Site (including, without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, destructive components, corrupted data or other malicious software);
(b) Accessing or attempting to access data which you are not authorised to access;
(c) Monitoring the site for data gathering purposes; collecting personal information, User Content or Merchant Content;
(d) Malicious or illegal acts against the business activities or reputability of MyIdeals or Merchants
MyIdeals retains the right, at our sole discretion, to delete any content submitted by you from the Site and/or system.
MyIdeals holds no liability or responsibility to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content submitted by you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
You agree that use of the Site is at your own risk. Neither MyIdeals nor its affiliates or any of their respective directors or employees warrant that use of the Site will be secure, virus-free, error-free or uninterrupted, nor do they give any warranties of any kind in relation to the materials or content on the site, including without limitation, Merchant information, Voucher Products and their descriptions or other content provided on the Site. Material and content on the Site is for information only and does not represent advice. You should carry out your own research and checks in relation to any information contained on the Site and use your own judgement before making any decision on the basis of what you observe.

If you wish to terminate your account, you must inform us via the “Contact Us” form on the Site (www.myideals.co.uk/contacts), providing a clear statement in the ‘My Message’ field, using the standard template detailed below. Please select ‘I require assistant with my MyIdeals account’ from the drop down menu and complete all required fields of the form.

I herein give notice that I wish to terminate my MyIdeals account.

In the event of the termination of an account for any reason the accrued rights, remedies, obligations and liabilities of the parties as at termination shall not be affected.
12. Force Majeure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is a result of an event or a series of events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, elements of nature or acts of God; acts of war, terrorism, insurrection, civil disorders, riots or rebellion; embargoes or quarantines; labor strikes; failure, error or disruption of computer hardware, networks or software.
